Calling that number will cost you €9 and that's also the amount of credit you will have with FRED. Billing is quick and easy - through your telephone operator. There's no need to have a credit card and you can remain completely anonymous. Whenever you top up, it will be added to any unused credit you have. Important: You can only use up the credit on the phone you topped your credit up on. Checking your balance with FRED: With FRED - it's free and easy! Because FRED will tell you how much credit you've still got on your phone every time you make a call. If your credit runs low during a call, a friendly voice will give you a warning 60 seconds before it runs out.
